I don't know if stock DV's can hold that much boost. They were designed for like 8 psi, lol. I ran 20-21 psi on stock DV's on stock turbos, but can't say for sure if they were holding it all the time or not.

If you want more capable DV's, there are aftermarket Turbosmart and Forge options. I have Forge, and have had zero problems, but they have a reputation for sticking if you don't clean/regrease them frequently. No experience with Turbosmart.

I ran 24 psi on stock turbos and they were still doing fine. I did end up with turbo smart valves though for reliability and peace of mind.

Mine were leaking a little at 18.6psi. Got Forge Motorsport ones now.
