Default JB4 + MHD Flash custom - 09-20-2021, 06:10 AM

Hello Terry,


I would need your analysis on the LOG if attached.
I sometimes have pumping effects and also sometimes I have HPFP pressure cuts.

pureboost has redone a map to limit the turbo pressure on ratios 5 and 6.

but I think that with my jb4 in MAP 6 you have the possibility to make some correction.

I have a map that works better with E50 ethanol but I cannot use it if I press too much due to hpfp or over boost.
I therefore find myself limited in power!

currently I have a TTE580 turbo

a free exit in place of the catalytic converter.

the rest of the exhaust line is original.

a dorsh stage2 hpfp pump

the right spark plugs with a GAP of 0.45mm

JB4 isn't doing anything here. You are running map 6 with no boost targets so the JB4 isn't controlling anything. I'd suggest reaching out to your tuner. Once you start using the JB4 for boost control, post a log and we'll look it over.

Hello,

yes I know it's voluntary ... so I'm going to do that.

simple question if the boost is at 0 psi on the map 6 JB4 does it work for the hpfp fuel open loop and boost safety correction parameter?
or does it really act like MAP 0?

you will find two LOG one before modification of the PWM and one after having rectified

I've disabled wastegate adaption and hard coded FF.

on the other hand after having matched the pressure on a gear ratio as well as possible, I would like to validate it with the automatic adaptation of the wastegate.
can you tell me how to do the procedure?

you will find the screenshots before and after setting.

Looks like you need to massage the duty biases a bit more. They are too low below 5500 and too high above it.
