I have had a weird issue with my e92 n55 335i recently. Just for reference, the car is full bolt-ons including intercooler, charge pipes all around, walbro 450 lpfp, jb4 w/ mhd bef tune, as well as a spec stage 1 clutch and lightweight flywheel. Recently I have noticed that during a WOT pull usually in 1st or 2nd gear I notice that my hazards flash then pause then flash twice more. This usually happens when I go to shift gears and then when I get into my next gear there is a huge power cut. I immediately check to see if JB4 put me in map 4 and nothing, car is still in map 5 and after this if I do a pull in 3rd gear car acts fine. From what I can tell 3rd gear pulls from 3k to redline data logs look fine and there are no issues. It almost seems like a traction control thing that jb4 is doing even though I have my t/c and stability control turned completely off before doing any WOT pull. Just wondering if anyone has experienced this before or has any ideas on what could be causing this. Thanks!

I too have seen random dash hazards illuminate while driving around. Not even WOT, just cruising to work or a shop. No Map#4 change, No performance change noticeable, just a momentary flash. I have my flashers set to do the double blink once the engine is up to temp(160*) through JB4. Maybe a loose temp sensor wire making the JB4 see the temp dip. But the temp is a double blink, not this single blink bug. Donno man, it's not hurting anything and so rare, I've just come to ignore it when it happens.

I am also experiencing something similar. I have the jb4 and a vrsf dp and that's all really worth mentioning. Sometimes while under full throttle a large jerk/ lock up for a second. This is followed by the two flashing lights and my dashboard does the sweeping feature like it has restarted. This does not however push the car to map 4 like most post I have read it will allow me to recreate the same problem back to back if I wanted to. I have taken several logs but when this happens, the device freezes the app and it will no longer work. Have been dealing with this for a long time and have read multiple thread of issues but this is the first time I have found someone with something similar. The issue happens much more frequently when in the higher boost maps like 2 and 5. Also the lower I have the ff/wastegate adaptation the more prevalent the problem is. Even though it doesn't push it to map 4 I believe I has something to do with a overboosting issue because I am getting that in the system warnings. I have just been dealing with this because it is easy to avoid it happening but when it happens it seems like it could be doing some serious damage to the transmission because of how hard it will lock up while under a load. But thanks if anyone can help I have logs just don't know how to post them here. Hope this covers it what I am dealing with well enough for someone to give me a starting point. I also could just be really bad at this and made a big mistake. Thanks in advance!

If you suspect the issue is the JB4 resetting I put an updated in the alpha channel to test for that.
