It's a pedal to boost target...
You do it with steering wheel controls. And yes, stock turbo or PS2

Can anyone help a noob?
How do I "select mode 4/2 in dash so your JB4 knows you're running a BEF"
***^^^I just figured out that this is referring to the JB4 not the MHD flash.
Also, where are you guys changing the firmware and menu?
Thanks for any help!

Select 4/2 by using your steering wheel, you download the newest firmware from the first page then load it to the jb4 using the usb cable or if using the jb4 app then bluetooth

When you flash the tune there is a option right before the flash to do the exhaust burble. The setting I believe was called "Options". As far as I can tell you can get this option for BEF or just a regular flash with MHD.

The overrun tables that cause the burble are the same. They added duration for those that want it to last longer. IF your car has different drive profiles you can select how it behaves on each profile. Otherwise drive is what you want to use.
sorry if Grammer or spelling is off.

For now you can only adjust how long the burbles last. they are super quiet. Eventually I think they will add a "burble intensity" setting" like the N54 and will be able to adjust how loud the pops are. I miss my loud pops too

Does flashing back to stock make more crackles and pops? Been running BEF for a month or two now and it really has been very quiet.

Well the car was running well, now I am throwing all these codes and it is running like poop.
2EFE: No Description found
2F04: No Description found
2EE0: Combustion misfiring, several cylinders: Fuel injection deactivation
2EF4: Combustion misfiring, cylinder 6: Fuel injection deactivation
Looks like all misfire codes? Any clue? Bad gas? I had a lot of E85 in the tank, just filled up this morning with only 93
