Hello hello!

I just got my jb4 and I'm getting ready to install it on my x3 m40i tomorrow! I do have a stupid question, please dont kill me Haha. I bought the bluetooth adapter to make updates, changing maps,etc much easier....my question is that if I install the bluetooth adapter, do I still need to connect the OBD cable from my car to jb4?

Yes. The OBD is how the JB4 gets information from the cars sensors. The bluetooth kit enables you to see all this on your phone instead of having to connect a cable to a laptop to view/log from the JB4.

Hello hello! I need help installing my jb4 for the x3m40i. I'm having a hard time to find the "hole" to pass the OBD cable through. There is a big plastic after removing the top cover that doesnt let me see anything or give me any room to play. Any ideas ? Please help !
