Transmission slipping questions -
09-14-2016, 08:29 AM
So heres my situation, my transmission cooler lines had fallen off a bracket and ended up rubbing against another line and popped a leak, Once i figured out what it was i found a fellow forum member had some lines thanks again @duperstar. once we put the new lines on and put some tranny fluid back in, it drove fine then next morning it started slipping again, put more fluid in it ran good, no leaks. today the tranny started shifting funny again and tranny light turned on. I stopped car took key out started again drove ok but i still feel shifting a little funny. is the tranny going out or is it just the fluid you think? and how much are new trannies if i have to replace it? thanks for info

Go to eBay buy a used one if you have to for $1,000 dollars with low mileage..
I bought one with 36,000 miles , is here at home waiting for Dynamic Propulsive
to come with the friction clutches and the rest for an upgrade.

I've used OEM fluid but there are other options just google it, and as for Adoptions i used INPA, not sure if Carly can reset them, and I dont think MHD can reset Transmission Adoptions
