The mechanic said its the turbos. wish you guys good luck with the turbos
I am not sure they they recommend a break-in period, because it is not needed. Once installed, all you really need to do is unplug the injectors, hit the start button for about 15 to 30 seconds to prime the turbos, plug injectors back up and start driving. You should probably take them through one heat cycle but other than that a break-in period is bogus.

If you knew what you are talking about, then you would know that unplugging the injectors allows you to turn over the engine without starting it, so that you can prime your new turbos with oil. Not priming your new turbos is what kills then, breaking them in does not.

It is no wonder we are seeing a lot of smoking turbo threads.

I just followed the instruction from the manufacture. Wateva they required I did. But what they didn't require was unplugging you injectors.

Messaged Hexon Fb and emailed and everything and I cannot seem to get a reply for the past two weeks. If you could PM me it or something that would be great!

Starting my claim as soon as I get into the office. This is awful customer service. Been without a car since mid June. Now it's clear it's going to be even longer until I can obtain some new turbos.

It sickens me that their website is still accepting orders and claiming a 2-3 week lead time.

Something they will regret
