My pails are 34.99 for 5g. Or i can buy as i go, usually bring one of my empty ms109 pails and have him fill it up 22$for 5g lol.

Some of what you say is true, but it isn't the whole picture. Power is made from the expansion of air, that is what moves the pistons. How do we make a mixture expand? We heat it through combustion (PV=nRT - the ideal gas law). The reason E85 is so popular is that it has a high octane and is very stable in the burning process (it is quite lenient to AFR and timing changes). It also does a decent job of cooling the intake charge when injected (but not as good as meth). You want the coldest charge going in the engine so it is the most dense and the hottest discharge going out that will not cause harm. That gives you the most power.

I bought mine from a fuel supplier. You can search for your local gas supplier and chemical supplier. I picked mine up from the supplier so it save a lot on shipping.

Good tip thanks, I will look around here. In process of setting up meth for the first time on this car. Got a case of boost juice just to get started.

I use a mix of MS109, meth and water. I know the 109 probably isn't any good for the pump but who cares.

Why ask for problems when you know MS109 will kill the pump.

It's not certain it'll kill the pump, maybe shorten it's life but I like to create problems and then fix them.

Found a supplier up in SLC. They sell 99% pure methanol for $25 for a 5 gal bucket. I'll be picking some up next weekend when I'm up that way.

Where at? I'm in slc and that's dirt ass cheap. Would be helpful for when I go meth next spring
