I saw in a few different sections of N54 that they all had explanations of metrics/parameters for that specific implementation of JB4. We don't appear to have one for the Type R so I've grabbed as much as I can to bring something together. Most of these words are from terry in other sections but I've added a few bits here and there.
As the Type R appears to be different to the Honda 1.5 and Accord it might be worthwhile to do the same for those two platforms.

Things highlighted in RED are metrics/parameters that are not currently available which would be very useful to have (i.e. priority ones to get enabled if possible).

1st_limiter: Shows the amount of PSI to reduce boost levels by when in first gear.

2nd_limiter: Shows the amount of PSI to reduce boost levels by when in 2nd gear.

3rd_limiter: Shows the amount of PSI to reduce boost levels by when in 3rd gear.

6CylMode: Used to show whether the JB4 has 6 cylinder logging enabled for ignition advance. Not relevant for Type R.

AFR: Air/fuel ratio for bank1. Factory air/fuel ratio runs stoich 14.7:1 during lean spool mode and quickly drops down to 10-11:1 under sustained full throttle. If AFR rises higher than 14:1 at higher RPM the JB4 will disable.

AFR2: The Type R is a 4 cylinder engine so has no bank2 and therefore this is not enabled.

Boost: Pressure in front of the throttle body in PSI. Boost will increase under JB4 maps and expect to see a normal range of 20-24 psi depending on the map selected. Note when reading boost short term “spikes”, especially against a closed throttle body, are not relevant. Look for sustained boost during longer pulls for a more accurate reading of what your boost pressure is. If boost exceeds the boost safety setting on the user adjustment page the JB4 will disable. Remember with this platform boost targeting is LOAD based which means at lower elevation, colder temperatures, you'll have a LOWER boost target than higher elevation, warmer temperatures. The factory logic attempts to adjust it's boost target to keep engine performance similar across a wide range of operating conditions.

Boost2: Pressure behind the throttle body in the intake manifold. This is generally a “better” indication of how much boost the engine is actually under. Normally Boost2 will mirror Boost unless the throttle blade is closing enough to limit manifold boost.

BoostSafety: The boost value the JB4 is set to which if reached will cause the JB4 to drop to Map0 for safety.

CalcTQ: Not enabled for Type R.

Clock: This is used for internal communication diagnostics and generally represents how many samples per second of CANbus data are being returned from the ECU. Not relevant to most users unless diagnosing a CANbus communications issue.

DME_BT: This would represent how much boost the ECU is requesting at a given moment but it is not enabled on the Type R platform yet. Instead we use an internal algorithm to estimate what the factory boost target should be.

duty_15 to duty_70: The amount of duty cycle bias to apply for each 500rpm increment from 1500 to 7000 rpm when running on map6.

E85: The ethanol mixture. Generally only accurate if also equipped with a Fuel-IT flex fuel sensor. There is a BETA version of a virtual flex fuel logic in the latest firmware but it’s not fully accurate and only there for data collection.

ECU_PSI: This is how much boost the ECU is observing and will generally mirror factory boost levels. At high enough boost levels Boost – Target = ECU_PSI as the JB4 adjusts the boost values it sends to the ECU downwards in order to trigger the ECU to instruct the engine to produce higher boost levels.

FF: The feed forward component of the optional EWG PID control system. Adjusted via the FF and duty bias user adjustment settings, the PID output is added in to arrive at final WGDC. Not enabled for the Type R.

FP_H: The fuel pressure in MPa of the high pressure pump. Generally will sit around 16 to 17 during a pull. If FP_H dips this indicates you’re using more fuel than the high pressure system can maintain which is a known weak point on the Type R. If FP_H trends downwards from 16/17 under high boost then this is a clear indication hpfp is likely to be maxed out. JB4 will disable when it sees a value below 9 or 10.

FP_L: The fuel pressure in MPa of the low pressure fuel pump. Not currently enabled for Type R.

fuel_30 to fuel_70: The amount of fuel bias to apply in 500rpm increments starting at 3000rpm to 7000rpm when running on map 6.

FuelEn: This represents the bank1 dynamic o2 sensor offset required to maintain a 11.9:1 AFR at full throttle. It’s managed by the JB4 internally using its dynamic double fuel control PID. Not enabled for Type R.

Gear: Shows the gear selected. Not enabled for Type R.

IAT: The charge temperature after the intercooler.

ign1-6: Timing advance in the specific cylinder. Generally all cylinders will agree but as you start to approach a limit of Boost for a given fuel quality/octane level then you’ll start to see 3.5 degree timing drops in specific cylinders. The lower the grade fuel the more frequently you’ll see drops. If you see drops in the same cylinder repeating several times in a single gear then it’s usually an indicator that you’d be better off with a lower Target for the given fuel. Note that timing in all cylinders regularly drops negative during shifts and under some other driving conditions so do not confuse mapped changes affecting all cylinders with cylinder specific timing drops when evaluating logs. Also note cyl1 is sampled via OBDII while cyl2-6 are sampled via RAM read so there will be some timing differences between the readings due to the different protocols. Cyl 2-6 are not available for Type R. Also note it's normal to see some timing drops. If you're trying to tune for zero drops then you'll end up leaving a lot of power on the table.

IgnAvg: This is not enabled for the Type R platform yet.

LastSafety: Numeric value representing what caused the JB4 to enter safety mode the last time it happened (i.e. drop to Map 0).
1 = boost over safety value, 2=lean AFR, 3=low fuel pressure, 4=meth flow low, 5= fuel trim variance.

Load: Represents the ECU’s load index value and is very useful when working on back end flash mapping to identify where within a flash map table a tuning change is being made.

Meth: If equipped with a WMI kit this represents your meth flow 0-100%.

MPH: The road speed in miles per hour.

OilF: Oil temperature in Fahrenheit. Not currently enabled in Type R.

Pedal: How far down the gas pedal is being pushed 0-100%.

RPM: Engine revolutions per minute (i.e. the speed the engine is turning at within a given minute).

Target: This is how much boost over the factory boost level the JB4 is requesting. It will vary by JB4 map, running conditions, engine speed, throttle position, and a host of other internal tuning factors. Note that Type R JB4 is additive boost only rather than absolute Target boost. This also applies to "Map 6".

Throttle: The position of the throttle body 0-100%. This value is run by the ECU. The ECU generally uses throttle to regulate ECU_PSI to DME_BT, closing throttle when ECU_PSI exceeds DME_BT, which can happen for a variety of reasons. Most commonly a dynamic target change due to traction control or some other on ECU driven on demand target change. On cars with fully modified exhaust systems you might see boost creep over target in higher gears and when that happens you’ll see throttle close proportionally to maintain Boost2 on target.

TransTemp: Re-mapped to show MAF temperature on Type R.

Trim: Fuel trims in bank1. The JB4 has scaled fuel trims for quicker viewing, 25 in JB4 logs = 0%, 50 = +34%, and 0 = -34%. Generally fuel trims will jump up in to the 40s under peak torque and drop down towards 25 at higher RPM.

Trim2: Fuel trims in bank2 therefore this is not enabled.

WaterF: Engine water temperature in Fahrenheit. Not currently enabled in Type R.

WGDC: Stands for wastegate duty cycle. The position of the wastegate actuator 0-100%. This parameter is not yet enabled as the JB4 has no wastegate control currently for the Type R. Logs will read at 98 for this parameter regardless of what the engine or JB4 is doing.
