Upgraded to 20D from the stock firmware that came with the unit in late april. Power delivery is MUCH smoother. In love with this newest firmware. On my old firmware I used to get a Vtec like kick at around 4k rpm. Now it is smooth and consistent all the way through the power band. Wastegate rattle is essentially non-existent on default anti-lag settings.

Huge thumbs up

You will really feel the difference since you also have RB'S....it is pretty wicked man....best my car had EVER felt.

Edit: just realized you don't have RB'S, but have upgraded turbos so all the same lol!

20d is great on my car, rattle is almost completely gone at 70 lag fix. Will be doing a rear arm adjustment to hopefully be rattle free at lower lag fix settings.

20 feels great! Terry, I notice that you have two versions uploaded(20 and 20D)... which one is the latest and greatest. I know that 20d sounds like a testing version still just want to make sure.

My wastegate rattle is gone with 20D. Great. That noise was annoying.

D is the latest. I'll remove the regular 20 shortly. Just left it there in case anyone wasn't happy with D and wanted to compare to the previous iteration.

Thanks for the response! Well I get to test them both. I know that this version likes e85 better or is it just me.

20D is the best I've seen on G5. I've never felt Jb4 hit as hard as this in 1st 2nd and 3rd omg. Feels like back in my STi days
I'm going to test it with 30/70 e85/93 this weekend

Waiting for your feedback, I'm DCT as well so hoping it doesn't feel like this on DCT only

20D is very smooth (best so far IMHO) and does seem quieter -- although I didn't really have much noise to begin with.

Running 50/50 E85/93, hitting full map 5 boost and no lean codes all the way out to nearly 7K rpm.

This is running fully stock w/just JB4 ISO (and cooling from BMW PPK).

if I may ask, what does your ignition max out at (near redline)?

Not sure, honestly. I've been lazy about logging. I usually just watch the gauges for boost and then check avg ign, open loop (autotuned) in the interface.

I can say that last time I looked (on Saturday) the ign avg retard was 1.6 and open loop 92. This was after 2 WOT runs in 3rd roughly from 2.5k to 6.5k.

So I guess I can hold the power, but may be hitting the limit on percent E85.

well if you look some day or at least from the on board gauges let me know.

I'm interested specifically because you have PPK as your stock software.

Ah. I will post a log today or tomorrow evening, but I do not have the PPK software anymore. It is a stock flash that the dealer put on after some repair a while back.

I suppose I could argue for the PPK reflash, but I fear it will cost me money and do nothing.

Besides, by all accounts the PPK software does nearly nothing. I didn't even notice when they removed it.

20D is way better than 20. In 20 I was getting a bad bog whenever i would take my foot off the pedal and back on it. 20D is so smooth, and it seems like MPG has gotten better.
