Default Connect kit onto aluminum enclosure - 02-13-2019, 07:50 AM

I'm about to fit my JB4 and connect kit and have also bought the BMS aluminum enclosure.
In the connect kit instructions is says :
Ensure the Connect Kit isnít in direct contact with the metal JB4 enclosure or any other nearby metal

How have people mounted the connect kit my, some form of isolation material or remote from the JB4 enclosure?

Dual sided tape should be fine. On putting the module inside the car with Alu I reckon the signal is going to be too weak.

I have the aluminum enclosure and have the BT module electrical taped right against the aluminum. No problems at all. My JB4 and BT is wedged between my factory ECU and battery. My BT module sits on top.
