Right now I'm on the v5 93 octane stage 1. I don't think I will use another BETA, I will wait until final releases are made. I also plan on getting a custom tune once I finish all of my modding...
Funny i thought once they are programmed with a VIN it is pretty much impossible to reprogram them.

Now I'm just trying to figure out if I should just replace the Injector 1 MOSFET, or all 6.. I ordered 6 new coils already and 10 MOSFET chips so I'd have spares, and those along with my MOSFET chips should be here within the next 2-3 days.. Injectors and spark plugs are basically brand new still, so I don't see needing new ones of those..
Didn't watch the vid. Easy to diagnose which mosfet with a multimeter. I DIY'd my change but took me a while and getting a pro to do is for $15 is a good idea.

Yeah i found out it's injector 1 mosfet.. After speaking with a few people about it, seems like I should replace all 6 while I'm in there to avoid this issue from happening again..

I might have skipped over it ,but I think I read it somewhere, but I'll ask to be on the safe side, I have the jb+ in my 535 right now, but just downloaded the MHD app, and ordered the cables. Will I be able to keep the jb+ on the car with a mhd flash?

Been running JB4 together with latest MHD BEF (pump). I would like to reflash again with MHD, (same map file) and select the "remove noisy cold start" feature will the flash take 2mins if I pick the same file, or 38mins again?

Pump, e85 maps are for heavier e85 mixes. I would run race with an e28 mix though, runs higher timing values.

Gotcha thats what I figured. So if I did the pump race... and say I was running e28 for jb4 settings for 93 or e85 blend should be 4/2 and what map should be running on jb4 map 5 or disabled ?

4/2 is so you can use the JB4 in conjunction with BEF. So thats good... setting on map5 is generally a good idea for 93 or e85 mix. Until you get some logs and experience with it.

awesome thanks for the quick responses So I don't really need to have map 5 enabled ? when running e85 ? I just get the safety features and logging im assuming? If im using straight 93 and want to run my blend of e85 do i have to set to map 5

I'd refer back to Terrys instructions.. Just Log it. Then log some more.
Map 5 is a great idea for only using that low of a mix. Try logging Map 1 if you like.

How does the - Flash option: MT shift bog fix?
Is it like the NLS? if yes. Can we remove our STEP2 / NLS and enable this option JB4 board flash?

No, it's supposed to eliminate the annoying power lag between shifts.

I tried it with my JB4 and MHD E85 stacked flash, but it didn't really do anything.

If I use the Duty Bias on the high rpm such as 70 or 80 , can that help control
boost not dropping below 19 or 20PSI ? Also using map6 .

For those with the 4bar WHO also have 2ABD (which is maybe half?), the fix cured 2ABD but created a side effect on the AFR. If you don't have a 4bar OR have a 4bar and don't have a 2ABD code problem, does not effect you.

When I get some time next week I'll dig in deeper on the technical cause of the 2ABD fault. Oddly only some cars get it. From there a strategy to correct it on both the JB4 and flash map can be determined.

Id imagine You can pop it in and test with some logging. Set n20 to 2. Like Terry mentioned, only some cars are impacted by this. Mine is one of them, so running just fine with oe tmap for now.

Mine was one of them too. One of the first few so a replacement sensor was sent out. Thats what i was going to install. Can i ask what exactly your cars symptoms were after the install and removal of 2abd code? My trims would max out and afrs lean out causing hesitations etc. Ill just run oem for now too. Thanks.

Same. More throttle meant lean hesitate and misfire from too lean. 2abd. I dont mind waiting for the changes and try it again.
