Anything look out of order? Car used to spool 18-19 pounds easy. Now, even the 13psi is taking way past 4k rpm to get to.

smoke tested 3 different times, er chargepipe, no oily residue at any joints, no hissing noises. weak turbos? they might be original, 142k on car now, had it since 93k. doesnt burn oil, doesnt smoke at idle, in the morning, or wot.

Smoke test is no good, need to do pressure test at boost pressure (20psi). If that checks out, then I'd move on to hardware.
