Looks pretty good but timing is suffering a bit...update your firmware, interface, and throw in an N20 TMAP. Then dial in the map 6 boost targets and DB settings.

Also, as promised here is the UA tab for our dyno run with our DB and map 6 settings.

Are these setting that's all stage 1s can run and expect the best performance?

As noted, we are running a lot of E85 so octane isn't a tuning limitation. Consequently YMMV based on your own variables.

Steve, what ROM/ATR version do you have that it displays AFR's instead of lambda? Just curious...mine displays lambda not AFR and I'm 97V0B.

Being able to run 100% E85 is dependent on a few things...the actual E content of the fuel, your lpfp, and your hpfp. You will definitely need to upgrade the lpfp. You will not hit 100% without it. Your hpfp might be capable of it but the hpfp's are highly variable. I just went to the Fuel-It stage 2 and a brand new hpfp (latest revision) and I am able to run 100%, though, I have not tested the concentration. I believe, based on logs, that it is probably near true E85.

ATR maps are VIN-locked so I don't think he can send you his. Screenshots are good though.

You will simply have to test/log as you increase boost and timing and watch for excessive timing corrections or high AFR's. If your STFT suddenly spikes to 30% at high load (with correct scalar), your hpfp is out of steam.

Meth will help fill in where your hpfp falls off with 100% E85 so you might be ok there...assuming upgraded lpfp.

I believe that with stock tmap, you will not want to go over 20 psi in any rpm range.

I think you can, yes.

Duty bias, PID, and FF are all used to tune the boost curve. Read this:

We are 97VOB. Are you talking about the settings in ATR? I forget how I changed that. Got sick of doing the calculations.

Are you in Brazil? That's the only place I know of running 100% ethanol and it's not really...it's 5% water.

The 2011 N55 has the N54 style HPFP in it. Our latest dyno session was done on 100% E85 and that HPFP is usually good for about 400-425whp on a true E85 (what we run) as long as the low pressure has been upgraded.

As for our BEF...I'll happily post it but I don't think anybody else will be able to use it. I believe I posted our fueling info from the dyno in this or another thread. If you can't find it, let me know, I'll find it and post it up again. We are always testing and dialing that stuff in, so our's is always changing.

Do you have by any chance a dyno comparison between the stock turbo on FBO vs stage I turbo FBO?

NO, we did the turbo, **, and FMIC at the same time.

Figured it out. Just had to change to Standard Units. Thanks.
