Default Help with fault code on new install - 07-21-2021, 08:53 PM

Well, I installed my brand new JB4, but the car wouldn't start (B58 Supra). I went back to recheck all of my connections and realized I plugged the JB4 male TMAP connector into the JB4 female TMAP connector, instead of the actual sensor. Sometimes I wonder how I'm still alive. Anyway, the car only makes about 1psi of boost on map 3, and switching to map 0 for stock boost still only achieves about 1psi of boost. After removing the JB4, everything is fine. Do you think I fried the JB4, or could there be something else I'm missing? If I damaged the board, which chip do I need to replace? Firmware is JB4_B48_B58_17_T5.hex. Log attached.

If you need individual tech support you'll have to email in as I don't check the forum often. But clear the codes, install it properly, and see.
