I'd like to start by saying I understand the stock turbo is not gonna be happy at this boost level and I understand the risks, already reverted to safer values for now.

After installing the EWG harness and 3.5 BAR map sensor I decided to try 25 psi. Ethanol content should be around 45% (close to 100 octane, 97oct gas).

I think It was knocking at the end of this log after hitting 26 psi, saw ~1.0 degree of timing. IATs creeped up a bit and the car seems to be running a little lean, but trims are fine it felt strong all along. Fuel open loop is set to 70.

Car has stock intercooler (will be upgrading soon), stock turbo and stock pumps.

My main question is do you guys think the pumps are holding up? Could I try again with higher ethanol content?

You are only hitting a max of 22.6 psi with s target of 25.

You nearing max wgdc but not totally maxed. So you may be at the limit your stock dv will hold or could be the stock fmic and stock d pipe are causing backpressure and limiting boost as well.

You hpfp could use a little help. I would bump your fol up plus set your fuel biases to 50.

BEF would also be a good idea.

I do hit more than 25 psi in a few of the pulls on this log, maybe I'm missing something?

Car already has upgraded ********. FOL is already at 70, should It have been higher?

Anyway, I decided to stop trying my luck with the stock turbo and no extra fueling, gonna be ordering the BMS upgraded intercooler, WMI kit and colder spark plugs. I'll be using a bigger turbo that's built in my country, but with the same specs as a Pure Stage 2. Could you recommend which BEF to flash?

I'm thinking JB4_F_EWG_PS2_RACE* for use with ~E40 + meth?

I see the additional pulls now.

Yeah hpfp struggles and throttle is cutting.

Think your system doesn't like this level of demand.

Maybe try map 7.

Yeah start with that flash when you get your turbo in. You should be able to max out the ps2 with meth and a couple gals of e85. Wont need as much e as you have in there now once you have meth.

Your HPFP is crashing badly...FOL adjustments are not going to fix that.

Thank you. Could you clarify me something? I was under the impression that if the HPFP isnt keeping up I'd be seeing maxed out trims (ecu trying to reach target but cant). Why isn't that the case here?

This isn't a case where there needs to be some fine tuning via the trims signal.

You are trying to run so far outside the realm of safety with that high of boost with the additional assault of mixing in e85, that the dme is dumping your throttle when the hpfp crashes to protect itself from catastrophe.
