Default 135i N55 Misfire on high boost - 10-28-2020, 10:01 AM

Hi everybody

I have a 135i 2011 engine N55 and DCT Transmission, And I have installed Docrace Single Turbo 6266, And I have installed jb4 with back end flash Submitted by Burger Motorsport.

But I have a problem I did not find a solution so far.

When I try to run the car of higher than 21 PSI
Go my car Misfire in cylinder6 And sometimes Cylinder5 and Cylinder4.

This list of changed parts:

-New spark plugs.

-Switch coils Cylinder6 And Cylinder5 To Cylinder1 And Cylinder2 Without any benefit.

-Switch injector 6 And injector 5 With injectors 1 And 2 With the registration of the injectors values again, Without any benefit.

Has anyone faced this same problem before?

Here are some of the datalogger files at the time the issue occurs With some pictures of the codes:

Whatever is going on I don't think it's on the tuning side. Must be something on the hardware end. Hope you're able to find it!

Update:

Today I did a boost leak tester on 25-30 psi,
But I couldn't find any leak.

What are the possibilities that may cause the misfire problem?

Good luck, I'm trying to tune for 25psi on the VTT turbo on my 11 135 dct. Some people have left the platform because of misfires. Doesn't look like you are 100% pedal or throttle in your logs?

@Hameed-99: responding to your PM - if you've eliminated everything else, try searching about problems people have with false knock generated by the OEM Flywheel.

You can almost eliminate via the tune but it's a pita and, for me, needs constant tweaking with some compromises! Most people tend to go down the M4 flywheel route

What is the part number for the M4 flywheel that solves the misfire problems?

Is this part number: 21202283829 appropriate?

Also, does the Engine mount cause such a misfire?

I've also looked at the Smoothness value and it seems to me that cylinder6 And cylinder5 is not normal, Watch the video at the link:
