But usually winds up being a loose connection or phone needs to be reset. In rare cases the JB4 mobile adapter itself fails or is water damaged and we can replace it for you.

So I ended up checking the connections inside the unit and everything looked ok. Per instructions from Art he had mentioned to actually disconnect the connections from inside the unit and then reconnect. I did so but now as a result I am getting the error message of "No Devices Found" or that there is no bluetooth connection. At this point I am not sure what else to do. I may need a new JB4 mobile adapter but really don't know what else to try.
I have to take my car into the dealership for just a routine 12,000 mile checkup within the next few weeks. If I remove the unit but still have Map 2 installed on the car, will this cause any issues to my car? I was hoping to get the car back to stock before going but since I can't change the maps I wasn't sure to do. Would it be best to maybe disconnect the battery, remove the JB4, let it sit for like a half hour or so and then reconnect everything back to stock? Would that remove the Map 2?
I appreciate any further information you may be able to provide.
Thank you!
