Most people use the JB4 mobile app which is different than a computer. Did you follow the Windows computer directions? There is a video posted in there too. What step specifically there are you going off the rails?
If you're using a MAC BMS does not support that. There is a 3rd party app posted that people use but you'd have to contact them for support on it.
You might find map1 or map2 a better fit for you... Definitely test those.
Hi Terry, so I put back 94 octane gas and it’s definitely better. Could you take a look at my logs? Map 6 is based on Stillen tuning on turbo efficiency. Which map should I run long term for turbo longevity or doesn’t matter? Which one you think give the best performance? Thanks!!
Hey Terry can you take a look at this new log? Installed LDP's yesterday and did this 4th gear pull. Let me know if you think I should make any changes.

Would fuel open loop have any impact on our trims?
No it's not relevant to this platform as we're not intercepting the fuel pressure signal.

Hey guys, long time lurker and finally pulled the trigger on a jb4.
Below are my logs for a 0-60 and 4th gear pull with my Map6.
Something that I noticed is that my launch isn't that good, it bogs then goes as opposed to just... Going? Lol I'm a 2017 Q60RS AWD. Lmk if it's safe to increase my boost or just let it be and add bolt ons to allow more boost
My boost profile is tapered, starting from 1 psi to 5 psi at 4.5K RPM, then after 5K it's down to 0psi at 7K

Doesn't look bad, make sure you turn on both channels of boost, AFR,and trims so you can make sure both banks are behaving properly. I'd leave boost alone and add some Bolton's and relog. As far as launch, with the stock tune it's tough to hit a good launch because of some of the throttle nannies. Anything above like 2-2.5k will trigger a boost/throttle cut.

I am not sure if this information is also relevant to the silversport as well. What do you mean by turn on both channels of boost, AFR and trims?

If you are bogging off the line more boost may help. Might be better off with our map2 here.

Just enabled both banks of AFR, boost, and trims and they're both similar like the graph Terry just posted.
So what's the point of both boost bank parameters if ECU PSI is the actual PSI the car is outputitng?

Ecu psi is the boost the car THINKS it's outputting, before the JB4 adder. And you want to see both banks because it'll tell you if 1 bank is having turbo issues or a boost leak, etc.

There are logged parameters for the left and right banks of the motor for AFR, boost, and fuel trims. It's important to read both channels to see if either side has a boost or fuel problem.

Lol np. Your timing looks ok. Do you have fuel wires turned on? Your trims are maxxed big time and it looks like the AFR leans out in the lower range of each gear.

Yep fuel wires are on and enabled, I seem to always have maxed out fuel... I wonder if they are not functioning properly

Try a run on lower boost. If they don't flatline the AFR then they're not active or making a good connection. If they are then you're really leaning out down low and should drop the boost down there....or time to consider a meth kit

AFR is fine for the fuel but the target is rather high. Might be better off with a lower target. Use dragy to figure out what offers the best performance for the particular situation.
