Can someone please look into my very first logs: I did 2 runs.
My mods: JB4 (map5), VRSF down pipe, BM Intake, VRSF Race FMIC, CP
Unleaded Premium 98
I followed the youtube instructions pull 3rd gear to 7-8000 RPM
If you are going to run map 5, I'd recommend installing the EWG wires and lower your FF to the default value so you don't overboost on the first few runs.

What other setting do I need?
Can I run map 5 base on my mods? What is the best map for daily drive?

I have installed the EWG Wire. The car feel smoother a little bit. I did not update the firmware because I am not sure which one is the right one. Anyway can you take a look on the new data logs attached see whether If my setting is correct?
Base on my mods what is the most power outcome expected?
Please advise me which need to be done to get the most power and of course safety.

Hi Steve! I have not done the new log yet. I tried to update the firmware by using file: N55_FSERIES_OBDII_EWG_13.hex
And end up with the DME code as attached. (102001 Air mass, plausibility - Tuner code, ignore). I found the Air intake was very hot.
Moreover I no longer control the JB4 by using the Steering Wheel. I can only use over the laptop USB.
The threads created by Terry doesn't explaint the different of the files so its very confuse me. I dont know which one is suite me.
Please assist me what to do now to get back the proper update firmware and be able to control the JB4 by Steering Wheel.

Thanks for confirm. Please take a look my new logs. Its seem like my car is under performance or something. I can see a little different between map 0 and map 5. Boost only 11-12psi. Whether I can see people run up to 18-20 psi.
Also I dont run wmi but the setting is on the photo attached. Is it correct ?

Your timing sucks. It takes a nose dive in 3rd gear. Is this 98 US or RON?
Are you auto or manual trans? (auto do 4th to 5th, manual do 3rd to 4th)
Stay on map4, do a run starting at 2000rpm to 6500rpm WOT (pedal to the floor) and into next gear for a couple seconds, off throttle. This is your baseline, with all those mods you want to check logs before changing things with JB4!
Did you install both EWG and FlexFuel wires ? If you don't you really should, F-series needs EWG control for Jb4 to work properly especially on map5!

Mine one is Auto but I can switch to manual to use shift paddle from 3rd to 4th gear (is it work?)
I only insalled the EWG but not the FlexFuel. How do I get Flexfuel and installation?
I use 98 unleaded Australia.
I believe my car can perform much better but I dont know what's going on?
I double check the installation of **, FMIC, CP and everything seem are in order.

Sorry I was busy but finally done some data logs as attached.
I did 2 runs: 3rd to 4th and 4th to 5th (all in Map 5, traction OFF). Can you please take a look and let me know whats going on.
I ask few people and they say must be something not right. Maybe the some kinda boost leaking do you reckon ?
Sometimes I got Cut-off, some kind of delay (dont know how to explain) approx 0.5sec when pull 2nd or 3rd around 6K rpm. (very rare)
Really want to hear from you and anybody here.
