Default Bms meth prime - 06-07-2017, 01:00 PM

I am using the jb4 app and the prime button under the meth tab does not do anything. Is there a new version or set up procedure i don't know about. Please advise...

You need to provide more information. Does the pump turn on? Install pictures? Are you purging in to a bottle? With the nozzle, without the nozzle? It's best to provide as much information about your scenario as possible.

For N54 this button function was only added recently to the latest 32.8 firmware. Previous N54 versions require the gas pedal purge meth outlined in the WMI installation directions.

The car runs great and it flows fine and it logs ok. The purge method also worked fine. Only the prime button is what is not working. Purging the system before a run is a bit much rather than tapping the prime button to prep for a pull

Are you having to purge the lines prior to doing pulls? Your lines, once purged, should stay that way unless you're getting air introduced into them via a leak or running the tank dry.

The only section that may have some air would be the section between your nozzle and the solenoid. If you are getting air in your lines elsewhere, you may need to double check for leaks.

Everything is good now. Just a firmware issue.
