Since I now have the fuel wire installed and I have found a station that sells E85 I would like to run some sort of blend.

From what I have read up to E30 is acceptable on Map 3? Is that correct?

To figure out how much E85 to add once needs to use a calculator like this one?

Does the E85 display in the JB4 app measure the percentage accurately?

Should I be looking for anything in particular in the logs that I don't normally see or look for?

Run E27-30 in map1, take a log, then Map2, take a log, Map3, take a log....
You can but the Fuel it sensor from the BMS site as an add on and yes the App will then display the E content flowing through the HPFP. The install takes about 15 min and is worth it.
I opted to purchase the separate fuel it app and it has a few more things in it than the built-in one from JB. Like Fuel temperature, and a handy mixing calculator built right in.
