Boost dips, trims bottom out -
10-04-2019, 07:44 AM
So I’m currently having issues of trims bottoming our and a dip in boost, quite annoying, I had it turned way up thought turning boost down would help but doesn’t seem to help others then it’s not triggering safety 5 and map 4.

You have a 20 in your DB settings at 6000. You need to do more DB tuning also.
Wow yeah did even see that 20, I’ll fix that. Probably raise duty bias a bit from 5000 up, maybe 60? What do you think? Also put a small number in my shift redux
I’d set to 50 across board & see how it changes from the 20

Sorry for wasting peoples time with those ones. Just started using the auto log function and the files browser must have posted the wrong files. Here are some single gear pulls. I’ll get multi gear pulls today at the 1/4 mile.
Hard to get a good pull around here before midnight, everyone drives slow as hell and blocks all lanes. More conducive roads are monitored.
FF - is maxed & WGDC is very high up top- do you have FF adapation disabled in your FUD settings?

Should be long, turns out it was the front differential, replace the worm gear of the torque motor for the tcase as well. Just need to reset the ECUs and add a little tcase fluid
Dang I guess the sticks are a lot harder on the front diffs than auto. I assume it broke in first gear but you stayed on it?
I had my front diff out and it's not a easy task!
To me it looks like you have a decent boost leak or more likely a vacuum leak/bad or tired solenoid that is maxing out your WG duty cycle. I bought one new vacuum solenoid and it brought my ff down by 20.

I went thru 2 front diffs myself when I had hybrids

What kind of 60' were you getting? I run 5 year old 18" Falcon Eurowinters (hard tread blocks) which is probably the only thing saving the front diff lol.

Had to of had water in the fuel had misfires on cylinder 3, ran it to empty then went out of town for thanks giving, finally got new E85 in it, here are a couple logs
With larger turbos run the default hybrid settings... Disable RPM FF bias under options/FUD, and add the slow ramp up duty bias in the hybrid thread.
