WMI pump stuck on...FSB BAD? -

So the other day I doing a pull and my dash reset mid pull, after I could hear a noise wich turned out to be my meth pump. Wasn’t hurting off even though there was no demand at idle.
My FSB red and yellow wires have 14v blue wire has 0.6v green and black wire nothing.
Is my FSB Bad?

Yeah, guess 3 years now �� can’t remember honestly 2-3 years
The green light on the board still blinks, don’t know if it’s supposed or be solid

Any thoughts on this before I spend $150 to “find out”, the pump should be constantly on, so FSB or JB4

Update:
I cut the wire from the JB4. Pump still gets power, going to buy a new FSB. See what happens.

So I replaced the FSB and it doesn’t run all the time anymore, need to make a few pulls to verify but think it’s fixed
