If i hold mine it has went up to 2,200 but it will start spinning the rear tires (even with it being awd).

One thought i had was to have the jb4 trick the ecu speed reading when in launch mode so that once the brake is let off the ecu thinks the car is over 10mph and will go full throttle. From my logs it seems after 10mph is when the ecu lets the car go full throttle. But i still don't hit full commanded boost until 4th. Sometimes 3rd gear but not very often.
I had this exact thought today. Logs show TPS is restricted till rolling about 8-10mph. If JB 4 could temporarily convince the ECU that the wheel speed is safe for full torque and pin the throttle to 100% would be grand indeed!
