What peramiters should i be looking at if I want to safely increase boost levels. 335i n54 Hybrid setup with jb4 and a custom tune

Generally speaking,
Adequate fueling with headroom
Minimal timing corrections (high octane fuel)
Steady AFRs especially avoiding running lean.
IATs in check
Of course there is more, wgdc, trims, etc
Its not just 1 or 2 things which is why I would think Steve requested a log.

In your case...you need more octane or to run less boost...too many timing corrections.

Please forgive my ignorance, but I was under the impression my threshold was 5 on pump. It looks like it is staying around 4.8 at its peak but it's average is 2. Can you help me to understand your comments. New turbos, plugs, coils, injectors, boost solenoids refreshed gaskets and finally the compression is constant across the cylinders. If it's pulling timing inconsistently then I am running out of good ideas to make it run better. What is the threshold for pump gas regarding timing

All pump gas is different...try some octane booster or another fuel source. Pulling timing is pulling power. No use in running more boost if it's just going to pull timing.
