Change all duty bias to 0, TMAP to 0, 6cyl timing to 0, 3rd gear boost to 0, clear all faults, and do a JB4 log.

Try a log on map 1 and set your 6-cyl timing value to 5. Map 2 looks like it may be a little too aggressive for your fuel.

Photo of DME area? Any other wiring in there other than a JB4?

2ABD is normally something TMAP sensor related. Most often another tuner installed if the car was bought used. If you remove the JB4 does the fault still appear?

I installed JB4 about 35,000 miles ago and never had an issue before. I checked tmap connection and sensor and it looked good but when I pulled the map sensor on the manifold it had some oil on it and look fried so I replaced the manifold map sensor with a new oem one. Haven't messed with removing the jb4 yet.

2abd can also be caused by a boost leak.

Ya but do the logs show any signs of a boost leak?

It can be but normally in my experience it's a TMAP sensor voltage error. Caused by sensor calibration settings in the BEF or JB4, faulty sensor, or other wiring in the DME box interfering with the sensor signal.

2abd is a super annoying code... I had the same issue and my car wasn't working properly. I swapped out a 4bar with a harness and the car has been fine since... for the most part.

Yeah, just adding to the list of potential causes.

We got that error when our CP inexplicably regurgitated the o-ring.

Decided to just go ahead and replace the tmap sensor and that totally solved the problem

Now that I have no more issues do I need to fix all those changes you guys suggested for the user adjustment page?

Im so sorry for opening this thread again, but im having just the exact same issues as the guy who created this post, i replaced the tmap sensor and im still having issues, but here's my question,

Which one is considered Tmap sensor? The one that goes on the Intake Manifold ? or the One that goes on the Charge pipe ?

im am a little bit confused ... , i ordered the one that goes on the Intake manifold and it is arriving tomorrow, (genuine) , but i see everybody talking about 4 or 3.5 bar sensor, and i think that sensor is the one that goes on the charge pipe????

Thank you so much

The TMAP sensor needing to be changed in in the charge pipe. Confusing cause both sensors have the exact same factory part number. Think the 3.5 bar sensor number is 7843531-01

Question 2ABD code - 04-22-2019, 06:52 AM

Hello,
I'm new here,
I have problem with 2ABD code, after i installed BOSCH 4 bar sensor,
I did not move the pins in the connector(I am not sure if i need to relocate them)
And the car seem do not like the new sensor.
If i was right, the sensor should go to the charge pipe, but i tried both installing on the charge pipe, and Intake manifold. And only the installation on the charge pipe would bring on 2ABD code.
And if i need to move the pins in the connector, how should be done?
please help!
