E85 BMS flash, E60, map7: I ran 12.5s but had to shift at 6000rpm (boost at 18PSI) so as not to get limp - my throttle body puts me into limp, when passing 6500 rpm

I had 12.9 when I got limp after shifting to fourth. So the last 100-150m I went on neutral :-D

E92 335i N54, Hexon RR500, JB4, DCI, MMP inlets, ER chargepipe, Turbosmart Kompact Dual Port BOV, ATM IC, Wagner downp*pes, MPerformance exhaust, oil cooler, trebila flash (via MHD Flasher), E60, M Performance 370mm brakes, styling 313 wheels, M Performance suspension, Fuelit Stage2, MFactory LSD, MFactory SMWF

I just got new hexon r550 with inlets. The spool
Sounds intoxicating.

Few points on the install.
I believe the waste gate actuators on hexon are not
New. So I ordered new ones from bmw. Cheap insurance
For waste gate rattle.
Ordered Ecs turbo install kit for new gaskets.
The oil lines and coolant lines are pretty much metal
Mine looked good so I kept them save you 400 bucks.
Used fresh motor oil to break in the turbo.
I broke them in for about 500 miles with boost under 10.

Using Bms flash running e60 e85. Run 15 psi right now
The torque is amazing.

mojo,

i would say get new wastegate actuators from bmw. cost u $60 for the pair.

Also there a calibration guide for the wastegate... get that from hexon... you have to do this even if you don't get new WGA...

just drive easy for 500 miles.. u can go wot but keep boost under 10.

take a pic of your engine bay after vargus intake.
