Default 335xi Hexon Turbos +TFT Inlets = FUN - 03-03-2015, 10:29 PM

So Im getting my 09 335xi AT coupe with Alpina Flash back this week after a long anticipated ordeal and much money spent. I ended up having to obtain another motor after I blew my last one. Shipping off my old head for phase 2 and vac building next. But as for this stage I will be running Hexon upgraded turbos with TFT inlets vrsf down pipe, BMS OCC and Mishimoto Intercooler next a stage 2 fuel pump upgrade from Fuelit. I'll also be running a wedge tune on my AP v3, really excited to see what I can do. I have an awd dyno close so this will get interesting. My previous best before turbos, ***, occ and tft inlets is 12.86 at 107

While I wait for the shop to call.

How'd you blow your first motor?
Was it cylinder 5 or bearings or what? Genuinely curious

We believe bearings but never tore it apart. I found a 09 535 n54 with 65k on it for 2750 so just bought it and called it a day.

Almost there looking good , Please make sure you post dyno results with the inlets and new turbos if you can would be great. If these make 500 whp on xdrive with inlets should be interesting to see how many people go this route.

Did you design your TFT inlets system or did you purchase it? Can't wait to see what kind of numbers you produce.
