Default Another meth nozzle mod LOL!! - 07-06-2013, 10:22 PM

I have done quite a few of these, sorry LOL!! The previous way with selonoid on 90 degree Nozzle holder the nozzle holder/nozzle kept coming unscrewed. I figured this way with line coming from the top it would not put side to side pressure and keep tight and catually flow better with faster response. It works perfectly!!

Here are the parts you need (thanks to members "blaster3500" & "N8N" ) for searching the web for me...I couldnt find them LOL!!

1/8" NPT to -4AN

Female -4AN to -4AN smooth transition 90 degree

Looks good. Not sure it'll work on my setup though. That dang DCI is in the way. I haven't done any mods to them and I have my meth bung in the CP.

I did notice that my connector had come loose though. Hadn't even been using it.

Cool stuff no longer installed.

It should, keep in mind my DCI are bigger than BMS.

You know I'll order the parts and give it a go regardless.

I just got the last setup installed yesterday and am having some controller issues so haven't even been able to actually use the system yet.

Nice idea Rob!Looks more secure.if Earl's made a Female 1/4 NPT to Female -4AN Swivel 90 Degree it would shorten it up a little.Getting rid of that coupling between the nozzle & elbow.Little lower profile.Again great rite up

So the advantages here are the lower likelihood that it will loosen?

Cause it still has the same hard 90deg turn so unlikely to provide a "smoother" flow.

I wouldn't that does not have a smooth flow...it is to sharp if a bend (meth hits the wall and then goes to the nozzle)...not smoothly.

My set up fires not have a hard turn, it does not have a abrubt turn ...it flows smoothly. Basically a hard 90 degree turn the meth hits a wall then goes to the nozzle. Mine has a smooth bend and no obstruction.

Yep, understood. Was actually referring to the one that N54 Tuner was showing us.

What we need is a magical Female -4AN to 1/8 NPT smooth transition.

I wonder how hard it would be to ask Earls to make 'n' units that match that?
