Question Easiest way to adjust DP's that are already installed? - 09-03-2013, 11:22 AM

Like the title reads. I'm getting a decent vibration/rattle during left hand turns. Pulled the car up on a set of ramps and dropped the cover to find the rear turbo DP pretty close to the sub frame/body.

What's the easiest way to adjust only that DP without removing and installing everything again, if there is a way.

Thanks in advance!

If adjusting it is problematic, you could try to kill the rattle by wrapping that DP with header wrap or something, in the are that you think is making contact.

Problem is depending how much contact it's making, the header wrap will eventually start to wear where its making contact with the subframe. Only way to really adjust it is to loosen the clamp and adjust as necessary. I don't think there would be an "easy" way to do it if you're looking for a more permanent fix. Good luck!
