Default MMP Overboost - 02-05-2019, 11:38 AM

Hello all. Trying to get boost dialed in on this one, map 2 makes all the boost. I feel like I've missed something

Your settings, specifically your Duty bias settings are completely wrong. Make the adjustments following the link below- double check current settings, also enable your 6cyl logging. And relog.

Yes, should've mentioned that I tried the those settings first, here's a log from that, sorry I don't remember which is which.

Neither one of those logs have the default settings listed via terry’s post.

Start there... check and ensure your FUD settings are correct & enable your 6cyl timing & relog.

We will evaluate off of that

Sounds like you may have accidentally set something via your steering wheel- you can change it, if it bugs you- look up the wheel settings

Sure- but you need to make sure you are in 3rd gear for logs. Not 2nd

Something is off here you are way overboosting.

Just to double check- you are running the HYBRID BEF, your JB4 is set to 4/2?

Meth add should be 0 as well- u aren’t running meth

Was on Pump, there's no Hybrid Pump for the I8 on MHD. I typically try to do one thing at a time when tuning, so I wanted to get it going on low boost without E85 mix or water meth first. So now it has a E40 mix and Hybrid Race BEF. Is it possible I need to adjust the wastegate actuators? I put vacuum to them and by eyeball they seem to be fully closed at 5" of vacuum, which worked great on the last N54 with MMP I did. I lifted a little early here, felt a bobble/misfire or something

You can manually adjust (tighten or loosen) the WG- I have heard of wg isssues on a few local MMP sets.
