Default Boost Leak Tester, What is the most commonly purchased/used here? - 08-27-2019, 02:58 PM

Pretty brief question.

Yes, I searched and read a bunch of threads.
Most have to do with suggesting to do a boost leak test, rather than what they built or bought.

I also looked over Amazon, but don't find anything that stands out.
Princess Auto has Turbocharger System Leakage Tester | Princess Auto

I'm slightly more inclined towards buying, assuming reasonable.
If anyone has an excellent 'how to' for our cars, I'd love to read it. (where to plug in (between CP and pipe feeding it?), etc)

I have air pressure and a cylinder compression tester/gauge. That's it at the moment.

I'll post here what I end up doing and with what.

literallly a sticky in the support section showing how to use and what parts are needed to assemble......

I have used it many times but I opted for installing an adjustable pressure regulator between the air hose fitting and the pipe cap due to my air compressor not having one built in that i can adjust easily.

Little to no boost? Read this thread first... - N54Tech.com - International Turbo Racing Discussion

Thanks and apologies.
I read that long ago and didn't recall it contained tester detail.
