Default E82 135i Cold Start LOUD - 07-08-2015, 07:56 AM

Hey guys. Any way to set the Default Wastegate Position for cold starts? Or adjust the high idle rpm cold start? My car is straight piped and I'm afraid the neighbors are gonna call on me

I don't need a higher cold start rpm because I'm not warming up cats. With direct injection I'd think it could get away without the loud startup.
Has anyone tried this or does no one care but me?

Maybe if I could code out the cold start function? Or setup the jb4 to use my preset Default Wastegate Position on cold starts?

Ideas?

I'm using a BMS pump flash though.

Drop me a PM with your email address and I'll send you a modified version of the BMS file.

It's extremely simple. I've touched on the basic concept in the last 2 pages in this thread: http://www.n54tech.com/forums/showth...t=30402&page=8

If you're comfortable loading a BIN and XDF in Tunerpro you can easily do this yourself.
