Default RPM plateaus after shift - 07-25-2018, 12:04 PM

Hey guys

My brother is asking for help analyzing his logs for his JB4. He has a MT 340i with a BMS filter running at 91 octane.

He says after shifting from 2nd to 3rd his rpm kind of stalls around 4200 RPM, somewhat of an engine brake.

If anyone can shed some light that'd be awesome
