Default Progressive Meth Control? - 08-04-2018, 01:35 PM

Does progressive meth control work with the JB4 for B48 MINI?
Or is water/meth not fully developed with this platform?

Uninstalled my meth kit for some major dealer service but will be reinstalling shortly. I recall having a few hiccups on throttle at lower rpms but I do not think meth is increasing progressively. Just "on/off" spray.

Any recommended settings to start off with? Start PSI. Boost additive. etc.

Thanks.

Would need to see the JB4 log for any advice. Pump PWM control is not enabled on the MINI B48 firmware currently, although rarely ever needed for stock turbo applications unless you went too large on the nozzle.

Is it possible to show meth flow on gas gauge instead of boost?

On the BMW versions we have meth flow in dash as well. We're a big behind on porting some of the good stuff over to the MINI side. But it's on my to-do list.

Is it possible to have Map 3 default to Map 1 boost targets instead of stock boost if there is no meth flow? Feels kinda weird when I floor it, 10psi, then meth flow, then 16psi.

How did you get meth to spray? Seems I get 0 meth usage even though boost/ rpm is hit?
