You pretty much hit the nail on the head...high IAT's. While not terrible they do get up there for running meth. Maybe try dual nozzles with CM7's? You're pulling timing on all cylinders and IAT compensation in the map shouldn't be much of a factor.

The 7" VRSF should be ok for your setup. I have the same intercooler with meth but I am running a 10cm and 7cm and my IAT are pretty stable, usually not >100F. I would start by going with what Steve suggests and running dual nozzles. Also, especially if you add another nozzle, I would definitely adjust your fuel scalar, it seems to be set to high and you are pulling a lot of fuel. BTW, what meth concentration are you running?

Couple things on that... First, you probably don't get exact distribution while using a single nozzle. Depending what chargepipe you have, a lot of them have the nozzle holes directly across from each other, so they technically spray at each other, helping to atomize the mix. You can also go to user adjustments and go under FUD and select bit 5 to show trim levels on bank 2 under timing AVG to see how the distribution is. If you are still apprehensive when running a dual nozzles, run a log and compare trims per bank against the single nozzle log. Also, Terry just updated the firmware, "32.6b" to have a built in safety for variations per bank. Fuel trim variations greater than 20 will trigger the safety.

Last time I dyno'd I had issue with wheel spin and I only got 520whp, but I'm guessing I'm closer to 570-580whp. Yes, it will show up under the avg ign. 24 and 25 trims between banks on WOT? As far as intercooler, I heard good things about the VRSF, but nothing about the ADE yet but I looked at the ADE and it appears to be a quality piece. I think you would be good with either but I'm not sure how much you'll gain over your current 7". I personally wouldn't buy the intercooler until you log with a dual nozzle. I think the 7" is sufficient for your setup and if you are still seeing high IAT's with a dual nozzle, there might be something blocked that's not letting the air pass through.
