Icon1 B58 M140 JB4 MAP 1 - First Logs - 03-27-2017, 01:55 PM

First logs in my B58 JB4 M140i, running 97 RON fuel - no other mods.

A bit lean and trims are pretty high. Are you really running meth or just put those settings in?

No I'm not running meth. Car is stock apart from JB4 - not sure why it is populating figures for meth?

Is it worth a few more logs to see?

For whatever reason mine records meth too and I don't have meth either..

Also interesting that you're seeing 17-18lbs and I'm seeing like 15-16 at best. But then again my logs are in 1st-3rd gears

Yeah very odd that it's throwing in figures for meth! Not sure why that is.

It looks like I'm running pretty lean though - I'm going to have a few more runs in 3rd and 4th to see what they show, in Map 0 and Map 1

If there is no meth kit installed the input voltage signal floats around. Ignore it.

This is pretty much par for the course for B58 tuning.

Few more runs this evening with logs attached - I think theses look a bit better?

Would appreciate a knowledgable eye cast over them if possible!

Timing looks pretty good and boost is on target so that looks good.

Basically he's saying the B58 tends to run lean and stays around lambda throughout the RPM range instead of getting richer as RPMs rise.
