If you need technical support you'd have to either email in or post in the support area. Generally speaking we've not had many reports of issues with the B48 Stage1 BETA. But it does remain BETA as there are certain earlier DME software versions that have thrown false-alarm fault codes especially with the brown MAP patch connected.

In the last few months the B48 JB4 came out which has a wider range of data in and control due to its CANbus connection. As a result it works more smoothly with virtually every B48 DME version out. I'd suggest anyone who is having issues with the Stage1 to update to the JB4 and then work with us if there are any additional issues.

It's likely we'll discontinue the B48 Stage1 in favor of the more robust B48 JB4 in the near future. Upgrade kits from Stage1->JB4 are available on the website.
When do you expect to release the final version fo the JB4?

Not for a long time... JB4s receive free software updates with new maps, more power, and more features, for several years after release.
