I currently have installed:
JB4, fuel wires, EWG wires, flex-fuel kit, drop in filters, RES EVC exhaust, wagoner IC.(Car ran great)

Purchased and installed Lozic ECU, TCU and AWD mod. Left the JB4 and set to map 0.

I have since installed the burger CPI kit, JB4 still on map 0.

I said all that to ask this: what would be the correct way or correct settings to add control of the CPI? So that I could do a few runs with logs to use the JB4 to fine tune where needed?

Go map 6.
Set up Meth additive and scaling exactly like the instructions say. Under Map6 boost profile, put them all to 0 (zero) and log.
Make sure meth trigger and meth safety are both 1.
Do not go map7, especially with an ECU tune, more than likely you will overboost. In most cases you can leave the boost at 0 but depending on what the Lozic tune is doing, you might be able to add a pound or two but only an initial log will tell.

Thank you very much! After Setting up Map 6, what E-blend should I log with or will 93 let me know if everything is working?

Oh gosh don't run 93. The whole purpose is to run higher E contents. I would shoot for 35-40 to start off with and go from there.
