No matter what I try, uninstall/reinstall, logout/login, clear cache and data. I cannot get the damn logs to save. It has the pop-up that says writing log but nothing on the list. All my old logs are in storage but when I reinstalled the app the logs don't show in the log tab. So I think something got disconnected between the app and the save location. I checked permissions and it does have storage permitted.

This started when I removed the device from the car for a dealership maintenance trip. Logged fine before and then 2 days later no logs write and it cannot see its own stoarge folder.

I like to save config files for different octanes and it will not let me save those anymore either. All I did was disconnect the device from the car and reconnect a couple days later.

The issue is with the Beta release. If you stick with or revert to the stable version of the mobile app you will not have this issue.

I have the same problem with the beta version. Data logs are not saved .
My phone is Samsung Galaxy A50.

I got same issue, logs are not saved, after app is installed there is no folder in storage. Guys which phone using? i had this issue after system update of OnePlus.

Get out of the beta and go back to the normal version.

i had that issue if i put any symbol in log name it wouldnt save logs.

Same issue here, just started the past week. Logs don't save and/or show up in "logs" section.
