By chance, would anyone happen to have a diagram of the pinout for the right front (drivers) o2 sensor harness? I picked up a cheap used x6 a few months ago and am now getting around to finishing some of the "less pressing" maintenance items - unfortunately for me, it looks like the P.O. cut the connectors and hard-wired the #1 o2 senor to the harness. I was able to source the correct pigtail, but can't proceed until I know which wire goes to which pin...

Any push in the right direction appreciated!

I would have had it, except BMW shutdown the TIS site, newtis.info, violating Right to Repair.

All I can suggest is the official TIS site bmwtis.com. Its pricey, but maybe just buy a 24hr sub and get the info you need?

Hey, really appreciate the look anyway. TIS might be the the way to go if push comes to shove. Believe it or not, I actually did manage to find a pinout in .pdf format online, but can't confirm 100% whether it's for a TU or just a N63. I'd hate to bother Terry @ BMS with this kind of stuff, but I'd bet he'd have a reference and could easily confirm it.
