I'm sure we will start to see B48 flash tune and backend flash soon but i'm pretty sure they are prioritizing the B58 since it's probably a bigger market for tuning.

Iím running 22 psi with 11:1 compression ratio. Also tried 23 psi for a short time. The power is great! Especially great for 2 liter bmw. Honestly I wasnít expecting that kind of performance. The car is basically 320ix with 330 power class so it became 330 with 320 pistons.

No, that was done not via flash. You can do that before 10 motor hours on a new car.

Is it normal that error code deleting doesn’t work on g30 jb4 with Bluetooth connect kit?

Make sure you have latest firmware, and sometimes need to press ignition 3 times foot off brake to get in to diagnostic mode first on the vehicle.

This was written in 2015, my observation is that it's still largely true today:
"FUA Single Turbo Firmware:
0-50 - Lock in a differential between DME target and ECU PSI to reduce the throttle safety. 0 = default operation. 26 units per PSI. e.g. a value of 26 would dampen throttle safety an addl psi. This value will also reduce effective load reported back to the DME by that amount. For diagnostic purposes only."

People run with values from 5-20 from what I have observed; for me, the EWG harness and FUA set to 10 corrected throttle closures due to overboost in WMI use. It did this at the expense of additional boost, which was ok in my case. It's not about boost only, it's timing (advance) and the boost curve. YMMV.

Little FYI/update

Im back to V9 firmware. The car runs a lot more responsive than with V11. With the V11 my targets were never met and V9 are basically spot on.

You have some timing drops here, I tend to prefer the additive maps on the B58. Like, map3.

Question: I recently installed the BMS intake and JB4 on my 2019 X3M40i and I am curious to know what is the highest map I can safely run?
I tried to search to see if I could find the answer and didn’t find anything pertaining to the X3.

Thank you in advance.

I think the firmware in the first post has the VALET map4 option, not sure why it isn't documented. I'll update that now.
