Default about Default Wastegate Position - 11-30-2021, 12:49 AM

Is the value meaning Wastegate Position Percentage of opening?

Set 60, Wastegate open 60%? or close 60%

If set 100,Wastegate full open?Or full close?

Because I upgrade big turbo, over 5000RPM can hit target boost near 20
3500rpm 9.4psi
4000rpm 12.3psi
4500rpm 15.9psi

So I want to change Default Wastegate Position Seting to boost fast at low rpm,can you help me

It depends on the JB4 firmware version. Some versions like EWG don't use the DWP setting at all. For PWG vehicles its a 0-100 scale based on how aggressive WGDC is during low throttle/low boost.

Is there any way to make EWG firmware can use DWP setting?
This may be important for users of large turbines
Thanks
