I installed the BCM's this morning - took about 60 mins. Biggest pain was I lost one of the IC coolent hoses pin (fell down somewhere) and took about 10 mins to find. Overall quite an easy job.

The BCM kit - all loomed up and ready to go:

Remove the charge pipe hose and the screw (only one) mounting the IC:

Need to loosen/remove some of the sensors to the IC, and then loosen the clamp to the throttle-body hose (hard to see here, but its there):

Then move the IC unit (pull-up and then left) - this exposes the two solenoid controllers and the wire-harness:

Next is to wire it to the JB4, do some logging and then some tuning!!!

Oh Yeah - you drop a reasonable amount of coolant, so fill that back up (resevoir on the pass side next to the ECU's):

Thanks Terry!!

Still fiddling with the flash. Let's see how it does after the JB4 S2 and see if the BCM can
add anything

Nothing much - I have been driving around with the PWM wire just hanging loose. Just got the S2 JB4 today so need to install that and do logs. Once logs are done, will see what the WG PWM values are and that will determine if more power is to be had (or not).

Have some local and international travel this week and next so need to fit around that.

Installed the JB4 and did some logs - some odd things like meth flowing on map 4 (?). Checked wiring, will double/triple check tomorrow.

Trans slips during shifts when running over 22psi. Otherwise runs fine.

Shouldn't 22psi trap over 130mph?

Well if you're running a NON cp car then it's about +6 psi on BMS stage 1.. But that will be troughout the revrange, I recommend only doing this at the higher revs with the "JB4"

Did u Dyno it at the same rpm as b4 to see whether is there power gain?

Yes the clutch will slip above the range, my old stock slip & burned above that range too.

Will the new PCB in the log show higher psi as compare to the jb4 stage 1?

How does the fuelling side react? Any sign of shortage on the pump?

How much more can the EWG hold the boost to as compare to the S55?

Too much question cos too excited to know.....

Without the BCM you can only add 4-5psi. Entering higher values just increases timing values not boost.

The JB4 with the BCM will be a nice performance upgrade over stage 1. The JB4 alone won't do much more performance. Just features.

The main issue now is the DCT. You can't use all of the power the oem turbos provide without $3k Dodson clutch packs.

First set of logs - quick run. Working out some torque management with the DCT. This is straight flash - JB4 on map 4 just for logging:

Turbo's holding boost through redline at these levels, lets see what happens as we turn it up.

Next steps:

1. Update flash and log 3rd / 4th gears
2. Map 8 w/ meth
3. Play with the BCM :-)

Can I know what do u mean by update flash?

U have another flash tune on top of JB4?

Good to know on the BCM, hopefully will be like S55......

Allmotor, how much are you making on the dyno with that flash @20 psi? Looks really good to me, timing and AFR are spot on! Maybe more timing than stock to prevent the HP drop at high RPM?

I think I will go this route too, now I got tools to read and write, me and my buddy will go through the tuning in WinOLS together. I'm sure the car will be a beast!
