Hey guys, I had a quick question. I have a 2016 M550i f10 with the newer n63tu2 motor. Do I still purchase the regular n63tu beta jb4? Is going the extra mile and getting the bcm right off the bat worth it? or should I enjoy the jb4 a little and then add the bcm later on. And also any updates on the intake?

Are you G chassis or F chassis?

PS. I'm giving you N63/N63TU guys your own forum!

F chassis. I was reading somewhere that the MAF plugs are different in the tu2 and don't need to be unplugged after installing a jb4. How true is this?

I'd skip the BCM to start and just run the basic JB4. Later if you get bored, then add in the BCM. The BCM for those is great but it's like 75% of the install effort compared to just the JB4.

I don't mind installing the bcm. I have my own shop with lifts and everything so shouldn't be too hard.

Not needed to be honest, but it could probably help. d0wnpipe is illegal though and should be for off-road use only.

Our current N63TU systems systems use the V2 board and integrated PWG connections for the harness.

Is thatís mean we can control the wastegate in each side of the engine independently with V2 board for n63tu and upgrade old jb4 to V2 board for $200 +shipping?

Yes the same upgrade kit we offer for the S63TU should work, you'd have to update the firmware to N63TU V2 firmware.

Thatís great news! Is there an exchange program? If so what all do we need to send back? Does V2 require a new harness too?

Thanks in advance.
