That hectic. Local to us they scan the car before any trade in for flash so that will have a major affect on the value of the car.

The brakes on the car, while larger up front, have almost zero cooling. When you go to a more aggressive pad, you start boiling fluid. I boiled Castrol SRF with Carbotech XP12 up front, on a road course. I’ve done some brake ducting, and I’ve also increased the rear rotor size to help put a bit more into stabilizing the rear.

While I’m here... Hey George, what’s the word? :-)

Hi George,

Any updates on JB4 for the RS3? Looking at getting one in the next few months, and would rather spend my money here than elsewhere.

Thanks!

Same circuit board that runs the RS3 is used on the S4. We currently having a issue with it that it randomly looses IAT signal. This is first going to be rectified before we release it for the RS3. On the RS3 specifically it does not trigger lights but cuts power randomly when this happens with no CEL.

We are selling basic Alpha kits in the group 7 section of our site now.
Currently working on direct waist gate control which will increase the boost capability of the JB4. The current kits can be upgraded once we are done but its recommended for users that are only in the US to avoid high shipping charges as the circuit board will be required to get sent to us to get upgraded.

The site doesn’t list the RS3. Can you confirm functionality? If so, I’ll order today.

Thanks!

Do you have an install guide?

Glad you mentioned the change required to curcuit board, probably best for me to wait then given I’m in Australia. Hopefully the final version won’t be too long?

If the direct waist gate control is plain sailing it wont take long. We got our own TT RS at our HQ where Terry will tackle it instead of having to work remotely with me on our RS3.

Exactly, now that Terry has the TTRS everything will be so much faster with R&D.
