Default MAF Size Differences? - 06-20-2020, 08:53 AM

Hi!

I had a question about the MAF housing for the Civic intake from BMS.

Does anyone know if there is a difference in the size of the hole for the MAF between the Civic Si and the Non-Si Civics?

I'm asking because I bought the factory calibration intake for Civic Si's, but there is no way I can fit the MAF into the housing unless I bored the hole out more or destroyed my MAF.

Thanks for the input!

Yes they are different physical sizes! Maybe got the wrong one? Email us if you need help with it.

Sounds good! I'm in the process of emailing support, but when I asked before about different sizes, I was told that the Civic MAF holes were all the same size. I was able to send a picture though showing that the Si MAF will definitely not fit in the MAF housing I received. Hopefully it will be solved early next week and I can get the proper housing. I'm excited to hear that turbo!

The MAF hole is the main difference between them IIRC.

Yeah, everything else fit like a dream! The stock intake tube fit really nicely and the included filter fit on well also. It was just when I was about to finish up and put the MAF in was when I noticed that it didn't fit.
