Default Stinger/G70 Speed Limiter Delete - 09-06-2020, 09:00 AM

For the SLD rather than integrate it in to the JB4 we've decided to keep it as a stand alone product to keep that input/output pair open on the JB4 for something else.

Installing the SLD isn't for everyone, requires cutting an ECU wire as there isn't any other way to do it. Similar to the brake boost switch. Installation guide here: http://www.n54tech.com/instructions/kia_stinger_sld.pdf

Price for the unit will be $100. We won't be adding it to our site as we don't really want to sell or promote it. It's just something we've made for customers who are stuck with the 130mph limiter doing track racing. Note the warnings in the install guide about how dangerous it is to operate a vehicle at high speeds and stay safe out there.

If you want one paypal $100 + $5 shipping within the USA, $35 international, to terry@burgertuning.com

Customer test log of the SLD in action. It's set to clamp ECU speed at 112mph, allowed his 130mph limited car to get over 150mph on a safe private airport runway track. Note he let off the gas mid way for a second which is also reflected in the log.

Will this remove the limiter on cars with a 176mph limiter?

Yes but I can't imagine going faster than that being safe without major aero work and a full roll cage.
