Default Rough idle after switching to map 5 - 09-10-2020, 07:43 PM

I recently put an aluminum charge pipe and a new intake on my car and decided to try using map 5. I went for a test drive and everything felt great. The next day I started my car and noticed the engine would shake a little every 5-10 seconds. It shakes when its cold, warm and whenever I'm at a red light. I needed to leave so I ignored it and it drove great until later that evening. I got a 1F0525 (fuel pressure below target) code and my car went into limp mode. I cleared the code and drove home fine. I have since changed to map 4, but the problem persists. From what I can find I think it my LPFP might be going bad or the fuel pressure senor and is purely a coincidence that it happened when I changed maps. However, I am very new to modifying and diagnosing cars and would really appreciate if someone could confirm my problem before I start throwing money at it. The log is me trying to hold the rpms at 1000 so you can see the dips. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
